Working principle:

When there is too much accumulation of objects in the funnel or chute and the objects are too large and unobstructed, causing blockage in the chute, the accumulated materials give a certain pressure to the side wall of the funnel. The movable door installed on the funnel or chute opens under the pressure, causing the travel switch to act, issuing a stop signal, and resetting the switch after troubleshooting. The chute blockage detection device is a gate structure with a pressure spring reset function.
