Working principle of KLB-T-S bidirectional balance rope switch:

The bidirectional rope switch is available in two types: Type I and Type II, which automatically reset after Type I action. After the Type II action, there is a self-locking device (locking pin) that needs to be manually pulled out and reset before the switch can be reused. This is a bidirectional action, and both ends of the rope arm can be equipped with ropes. When the tape conveyor malfunctions and needs to be stopped, on-site staff pull the rope to rotate the arm at a certain angle. Installation and wiring of KLB-T-S bidirectional balance rope switch:

&Nbsp; 1. The pull rope switch is installed in pairs on both sides of the tape machine, and the installation bracket and the middle bracket of the tape machine are fixed with bolts or fixed. Its position should be lower than the tape and convenient for on-site workers to use. It is advisable to have a distance of about 50m between two rope switches& Nbsp& Nbsp< Br/>
2. It is recommended to use plastic coated steel wire rope (or ordinary steel wire rope 1XW19-4 (5) -150 with a wire diameter of 4-5mm). The wire rope is fixed with a rope clamp (6KTH), and a support ring is installed every 3 meters to avoid excessive winding of the wire rope and ensure reliable rope pulling action.
