If the deviation continues to increase, the squeezing vertical roller will shift. The first level switch signal is used for alarm. If this signal is connected to the running adjustment device, it can achieve automatic adjustment of running deviation without stopping the machine. The second level switch signal is used for shutdown. Connect this signal to the control circuit to achieve automatic shutdown under severe deviation. After troubleshooting, when the tape leaves the vertical roller for normal operation, the vertical roller can automatically reset. The working process of this switch is that when the conveyor belt deviates, the belt touches the switch vertical roller. When the vertical roller deviates to the first level action angle, the first level switch will act and output a signal alarm. If the tape continues to deviate and the vertical roller of the switch reaches the level II action angle, the level II switch will send a stop signal. If it is connected to the control circuit, automatic shutdown can be achieved. The deviation switch plays a protective role in the belt conveyor site, therefore it must meet the IP protection level< The switch is divided into two positions to detect the degree of deviation and twisting of the conveyor belt. Based on the degree of deviation and twisting of the belt, automatic alarm and shutdown are achieved to avoid accidents such as expensive conveyor belt damage and material scattering caused by belt twisting.
