During installation, special attention should be paid to controlling the distance between the blocking wheel and the tape outside the safe deviation range (the distance can be adjusted and determined by the user, generally based on the reasonable deviation range allowed in the process documents). When the tape deviates, it moves outward and rubs against the gear wheel. The gear wheel transmits it to the adjustment lever, which drives the sensor to emit an alarm signal. Installation instructions: 1. There are 13mm holes on both sides of the base of the PNS-II contactless deviation switch. Drill 12mm holes on the belt conveyor bracket and tighten the deviation switch with M10 × 40mm screws. If using an installation bracket, please weld and fix the bracket onto the belt conveyor bracket, as shown in the installation diagram. 2. The installation of the deviation switch should be carried out at a location where the conveying device is prone to deviation, referring to the process requirements of the application unit. At the same time, the effective distance and thrust between the belt and the blocking wheel should be considered. It is recommended that the installation distance between the belt and the blocking wheel be 120-160mm (belt width is 10%, please refer to the installation diagram). 3. Each deviation switch can be equipped with an optional junction box for easy wiring. Pay attention to the live wire L, zero wire N, and signal wire (see electrical wiring diagram for details). 4. Installation distance: It is recommended to install a pair (two) of deviation switches every 50 meters.
