Installation and wiring: The bidirectional rope switch should be installed on one side of the pedestrian passage of the belt conveyor. The distance between the pull rope switches should not exceed 35m. The distance between the switch and the head drum or tail drum should be 10-20m. The pull rope switches are connected with plastic coated steel wire ropes. The tension of the steel wire rope should be appropriate, and a rope support ring should be installed every 3-4 meters. The rope support ring should be welded to the middle frame of the belt conveyor.
